We understand you might want to send your samples as late as possible to make sure freshness is at its peak, but please consider the possible delays during shipping and going through customs.
As for coming to Costa Rica, please consider booking your travel in advance. We cannot tell you much in advance that you will be able to collect an award since the cupping takes place only a few days before. The main reason you should come is the opportunity to network, gain experience and accumulate feedback.
